  Wanted to test out lipstick colours which a woman working in there was 'ordering' she kept on picking up the colours I was trying and I was about to give up when she asked if I needed help, but this wasn't in a friendly way, more undermining.. so I said no, I just wanted to try the colours on my hand as they're all so different.

  I just went to the Mac store in Ibiza. I walked in and the employee was popping her pimples in front of the mirror. Since I only use Mac products I was trying to buy a few things and asked the employee to help me. But after she touched my face with her dirty fingers I immediately told her to stop. So I decided to just take the products out of the cabinets and buy them ( since the other employee ignored me for 20 minutes). But then she screamed at me and told me to stop opening the cabinets and wait on her colleague who was still popping her pimples in front of the mirror and in front of all the other customers. End of the story is that I walked out of the store since they were screaming at me in a rude way. Last time I bought a Mac product.

  Deberían ser más cuidadosos con la selección de personal. Es una gran firma que llevo usando 15 años y he optado por adquirir sus productos cuando salgo de la isla por no tener que ir allí a esperar a que te atiendan en condiciones y no con desgana y a que te despachen rapidito... Es una lástima.

  I said to her that her customer service stank to which she walked off... then the 'store manger' came over and half arsed apologised and stood up for employee. Then I said I worked in a store also and understand things have to be done, but the customer is more important... apparently not in this shop.

  Then she started saying I was in her way! So I said I wanted to try colours and she said she was trying to order the lipsticks and I kept getting in her way.. to which I then stated I was a customer just testing in order to buy a product from the store?! I asked if she could do her order just after I finished but she said if had to be done right then.. really?!
